Frequent Ask Questions

There is no fee for using the site. You can list as many promotions as you want with as many vouchers as you, for as long as you want!

  • First, sign in to your account. Then go to “My Promotions” and select “New Promotion + ”.
  • Enter the product ASIN and choose the country. Press “Fetch” and wait a few seconds for the data to be populated. Note: This feature only works for the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy. We are working on adding all countries. If your country is not available you can add the details manually.
  • Fill in all the fields
  • Next, you add vouchers. Select “add/view vouchers”. Select “Add by Bulk” and enter here all your voucher codes. Make sure there is a space between each code. You can easily copy and paste in the codes from Excel. Once you’ve added all your codes, select “Add” and then “Done”.
  • Finally, select how many vouchers to giveaway per day. You can select any number from 0 to 1000.
  • Make sure you read and accept the disclaimer.
  • If you’re ready to list the promotion select “Publish”. If you want to keep it for later, select “Save Draft”. This will save the promotion so you can come back to it later.
Once a shopper selected “Claim voucher!” a pop up appears with the discount code and a link to buy the product. They also receive an email with the link and the code.
Log in and go to “My Promotions”. In the column “Vouchers”, you will see 2 numbers. For example, 1/50. This means 1 voucher has been sent already out of a total of 50 vouchers made available.
If a promotion is live and you want to pause or stop it so that shoppers can no longer apply for a voucher, simply log in, go to "My Promotions" page and click on "Deactivate". If you then want to make your promotion live again, you can click on "Activate".
If you want to remove a promotion from the "My Promotion" page, click "Archive". This will move the promotion to the "Archive" page.
Please go to 'My Voucher', then scroll down to the promotion, then select 'Contact Seller' and send the seller a message. If you don't receive a reply within a few days, please contact the seller through Amazon directly.
Sellers might want to only give out a certain number of vouchers per day. For example, if the sellers wants to give 5 vouchers per day and you are the 6th person to claim a voucher, you will be placed in a queue and you’ll be the first to receive the voucher code the next day.
  • If you’ve already received your voucher code you cannot cancel it.
  • If you haven’t received it yet, then you can cancel your request for a code by going into “My Vouchers” and selecting “Cancel”
